Hire a Java Developer

See attached file. The file consists of a time series of 4 columns as follows: column 0= bar number column 1= price column 2= date column 3 = time I need a Java function that can read the file, put the contents into a multi-dimensional array and output another array of the running "speed" of the time series in terms of any time variable. For example, how many bars per second, or per 10 seconds, or per minute, etc. Coder must be entirely familiar with how to manipulate arrays and timestamps in Java to achieve the desired result. This is a simple project if you know what you are doing so please post a firm BID.
