PDF Sentence Extraction and Visualization

Project Overview:
I require a java GUI program that extracts sentences from PDFs based upon a keyword occurring in that sentence and displays that information in a GUI. The program should also create a CSV file with that information.
Project Details:
The program should have the ability to select a directory where the PDFs are being stored (i.e. Select Directory Project Menu).
The program should have the ability to enter in the keyword(s) (note: there may be more than one and they might consist of multiple words) that will need to be identified in the sentence. This could either be a text field in the GUI or a Menu item.
The program should read the PDFs in the directory, scanning for the keyword in the sentences and produce a CSV file with the following fields:
- PDF name
- page number of sentence
- Sentence
- keyword identified
The GUI program (see attached PDF) should display a table with the PDF titles. Another table below with the sentences associated to the clicked PDF title. And a graphical breakdown of the sentence below.
The sentence graphical breakdown should use the following java SDKs:

Note for Keywords:
There may be multiple keywords. I also need the ability to specify the case (i.e. OR or RR). If the keyword is in CAPITALS then it needs to only identify the sentences that match the capital keyword. Otherwise if the keywords are in lower case then it can return either lower or upper case. Finally, a keyword may have multiple words (i.e. “artificial intelligence”).
