Implement design as Twitter Bootstrap Theme

We have a set of PSD files we need to transformed into a Twitter Bootstrap Theme. It's just a few pages, and includes a small wizard that happens in modals, and a slideshow that should be implemented using jQuery Cycle. The end result should conform to HTML5 & CSS3 standards, be cross browser compatible, tested on IE8+, latest Chrome, Safari and Firefox, and must also be Twitter Bootstrap 2.1.x based That includes general html & css, buttons, popup menus (if any), modals, etc. If the result can be based on the Bootstrap Base Admin theme ([login to view URL]) that's even better. We also have a design for an email HTML that we need sliced, not using bootstrap. We'll supply full PSDs and more information, of course.
