97578 javascript error on page

Javascript expert needed.
On a website of mine IE 7 reports an error in Line 89.
additionally the popunder script works only in IE and not as I think(as i tested it in) it did already in Firefox, or maybe its Firefox 2 since when it ceased working.
I'm looking for a javascript expert who tells me the errors and gives me the correct code that works in Firefox and doesn't produces an error in IE 7(if possible).

I already looked at the code for the site and know what's wrong, it's not a very serious error and I know how to make it go away :)
