Flash File Menu and interface

I'm looking for a flash expert to help me create some playback screens. I have a lot of SWF files that need to be organized easily into menus. You must be well-versed in javascript, actionscript, Flash obviously, and know how to decompile and reverse engineer actionscript. I will provide some sample flash demos which you will incorporate into the flash playback menu for testing. The playback controls will be fairly static (stop,play,pause,forward,rewind), but the files (movies) to choose from and info information should be read from an external text/xml file. You will be responsible for incorporating my company logo and fitting it into an 800x600 window. The flash files will be at 640x480 resolution. The flash menu should look professional and presentable. Anything looking otherwise will be rejected. I would also like you to give me advice on how to secure my property from the casual copier/intellectual property thief and then implement it. Both the flash demos and your playback stuff.
