I'm looking for a webdesigner. The page that needs some work is NikoOnline.com. Right now the page is in frames, I have learned that this makes it difficult for search engines to properly index the site. So what I would like to do is make the site into a single frame. I won't need any artistic/design changes, we are satisfied with the present layout and design.

Also, I'd like to add a store for selling merchandise, about 10 items or so.

Also, SEO.

Please take a look at the site and give a rough estimate of what it would cost for these services. Give me two quotes, one with the store and one without.
