Edit a theme on Deconet

Hello, I'm setting up a charity where artists and designers submit their designs, which we then print onto t-shirts and sell online. 100% of the profit is going directly to charities, such as Cancer Council and other medical research organisations. The hope is that we can contribute to the cure and prevention of disease in a creative way. I require a coder who is fluent in English, understands simplicity, has a conscious and wants to change the world. A friend has kindly donated a platform for the web store called Deconetwork. [login to view URL] The platform offers a back end to code over – however it's not the best. This may require some navigating and testing to get around it. Ideally someone would already have knowledge of this platform. I've attached a screenshot of the backend. I want to simplify the current theme and add a couple of things such as... • a light box with email news subscription via mailchimp. • social integration with facebook. • rotating jquery logo in header.
