Bootstrap carousel with animations on captions and SVG countries map

We need a bootstrap carousel with animations. The animations (caption animations and map areas coloring) might be based on [login to view URL] library ([login to view URL]) or whatever (owlcarousel, etc) There will be 3 slides on the carousel. First one : we have a blank map of African countries. This is a SVG map, each country has an id. We need several countries to change color, one after another, and at the same time the name of the country to appear on the slide, together with a flag icon of the country. Also (before the above), we need a title to appear. Second one : similar to first one, just that the countries are different. Third one : we need an animation or an image that shows money travelling from Africa to France, the Western Union logo and an animated caption that will say something like « We pay all your western union transfers coming from Africa o elsewhere » (texts will be in French). The slider should be autorunning, with navigation buttons.
