C++ Developer - Full Time - Monthly Pay

I am a Senior Software Engineer working in London, a year ago I launched a startup which has seen good growth over it's first year in revenue and traction, it is a desktop app for optimizing your PC. I am looking to bring someone on full time to help out with this. The length of this job is indefinite as long as you do a good job. The main skills I’m looking for: C++ Experience with windows Git Bonus skills (if you don’t some of these you might have to learn them on the job at some point): Javascript, React.js, Node.js, HTML, CSS Electron, Typescript, Eye for design, Unit testing, Databases, Redux So I know you read the job description please start your proposal with: “REAL REPLY” I don’t mind where the developer is based but they need to have a good overlap with GMT timezone, hopefully at least 4 hours overlap. Also because of my budget I’m thinking it may be a good opportunity for someone from India, Asia, Africa etc. You must be able to speak and communicate in good english. I will have a relaxed management style but you will give provide a progress update daily. Apart from that we can communicate about tasks and features mostly over slack but we can always jump on a call to discuss things. You need to be willing to complete these interview steps: Small C++ code challenge, Phone screen, Small take home project (few hours), Technical interview. Budget is around $250-700 a month depending on the candidate
