Improvement to existing ReactJS Project

We were developing a ReactJS application which uses WebGL to display icons on a geographic Leaflet Map. However, our developer had to leave in an emergency and the application is not yet complete. The general logic and display is in place. There is a requirement for the following:-

1. Improve the user interface by using good looking and professional components for Sidebars, Dropdowns, Lists, MultiSelect, etc.

2. Use CSS to improve the look and feel of the application.

3. Enhance existing features by adding further choices, etc.

I have put a screenshot of the application for reference.
