Javascript/PHP code to calculate CRypto currency amounts

I need javascript or PHP code that i can past on a web page that calculates the following using the formulas below and connects to [login to view URL] API to pull prices. If Coinbase does not have one then [login to view URL] will do.
I need all the content on this page centered on auto updates prices every 3 seconds. I need the code to be commented so I can update the values for the equations as I see fit. All amounts are in USD
A. Total amount of Bitcoin
( this value should be displayed on the page by a value I set in the script)( does not need to auto update)
B. Purchase price of Bitcoin at amount above
(this value is static and I will supply it to the script)( calculated by A x B) ( does not need to auto update)
c. Current Value of Bitcoin
( A X current price of BTC from Coinbase or [login to view URL] API)( must auto-update)
D. Leave a blank space here So i can fill in Values ( does not need to auto update)
E. ( this is where you will need either the coinbase or the changelly API
This spot needs to display what the current conversion of BAT to BTC is based on the amount of BAT I supply to the script. ( please see the screen shot for an example of what I am looking for. For example, I supply the script with the amount of BAT that I have. I want it to display the current conversion. Example I have 500 BAT-- based on the current market I want it to display how MUCH in BTC I would get if i traded it. I do not want to have to add any values in manually every time. I would like the script to just display what the currrent exchange is and have it update every 3 seconds. EXAmple of what I want to see on the page.
500 BAT = .01 BTC ( not actual values - just used for example)
