Unfortunately, it may take 2-4 weeks, but sometimes it can be done in about a week - from my experience, it depends on the Adwords support technician assigned to your ticket. You will have to add me as an administrator to your Adwords account - this is necessary because I need to contact Adwords support (the second line of support) on behalf of you.
