Joomla 2.5 and Joomla Art Jobboard

Hello, 1- I'm running JA Job board, and for some reasons, the job filter is not working on the home page only, I need that to be fixed. 2- In the backend of JA Job board, when I try to import users to the system, I see some php errors. such as: Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in Deprecated: Non-static method JAMenu::_menu() should not be called statically, assuming $this from incompatible context in I need that to be fixed. 3- I think my site hit with fake spam registration, I'm getting lots of spam bot registration in my site, and I need that to be fixed. Please let me know if you are willing to fix the issues above.
