Convert Codeigniter Web Application to Laravel

We have a medical practice management application built using the Codeigniter framework, we now need to switch to Laravel. We also need to add certain features to application. The login details to the application and required features are attached in the files below. Please go through the application and its current features in detail, all existing features need to copied over with laravel and new feattures have to be added. Please bid only if you have experience in both Codeigniter and Laravel, also include samples of your previous work in Laravel in your bid. Please note, there will be no advance payments. Milestones will be created a released as the work progresses, and on upon completion of certain tasks as requested by us.
