Qualifications:
Education Bachelor Degree Communication or Computer Science.
At least 3 years experience in writing technical process documentation, including:
Network and System architecture diagram, Data and process flow, How-to guides, Flowchart, ERD & UML, SOPs.
Understand international rules.
Have Hard Skills and Proficiency in the following:
Microsoft Office suite specifically Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Microsoft Visio or similar.
Working knowledge of programming language vuejs and laravel is a plus.
Knowledge of markdown language Fluent in English.
Have Soft Skills: General International Knowledge.
Have Core Skills: Big thinker and agile, Golden Player, Candor in valuing themselves, Reliable, Part of solution.
Job Description :
Understand all the flow/process of the IT System developed by System Analyst.
Translate process into written form.
Provide advanced advice to our IT System where necessary.
Provide advanced advice on the established system where necessary.
Provides regular reporting and progress of all projects to System Analyst.
Coordinate with projects team members or other stakeholders for the documentation details and technical specifications.
Record all solutions and revisions of the documentation.
Create standardized documentation of all systems.
Monitoring feedback from users and implementing the solutions.
Understand, collect, and develop detailed technical information.
Adhere to the documentation deadline.
Perform any other duties as assigned by the System Analyst where necessary.
