Quality leads are what I need.
Your English must be good so that you can understand my instructions which are very exact and precise.
You must be able to follow instructions very very carefully to source me quality leads by names of companies, names of people, their responsibilities, their email addresses, and their telephone numbers (if possible).
I'll pay you $1 for every 5 good quality leads! If you prove to me that you can consistently get me 25 good quality leads an hour, then I will pay you $5 an hour!
But the quality of the leads are what's MOST important to me.
I'll be very fair and reward you for quality leads. If it is a useless lead because it does not fulfill my criteria, then I won't pay you for it.
I will give you a detailed document and explanation of my criteria so it will be very clear for you. Also I will give you a list of companies for whom I DON'T want you to lead source from.
This is ongoing work which will last 3 months at least.
You must be good at using google and linkedin to find the right people for me.
Please write "Read & Understood" at the beginning your reply so that I know you've read my advertisement carefully.
This can be very lucrative for you because I will pay even more if you are able to supply me with extra useful information about them.
You must be able to understand corporate titles and structures, and be able to identify the industry, sector, and target market of soft drinks companies.
A fast response rate is important to me also.
