Need to build team(3-5) of Elite digital marketing professionals for difficult project but huge $$$

So basically I need help fundraising from my company which has private Enterprise exits to invest in an emerging Market which is about to explode we need to find a very very specific Target group who are high net-worth individuals preferably in California we have raised $5million so far in real life networks without any utilization of website traffic, seo , any digital marketing platform. We have exhausted our resources and are looking to venture into the internet marketing side of it. I'm looking for 3-5 elite digital marketing professionals in their respective fields to help us capitalize on the extended reach available to digital marketing. Out target group is out there, they are wanting to invest in this emerging market about to explode but they dont know how or where. Get them to site and if lead contacts us we are very good at what we do in closing leads and our pitch is very attractive to These investors. This will be a performance paying project, not for everyone , but with the team structure and efficient plan , work can be effectively accomplished with less time put in by each member. I'm looking for the best as this will be difficult and unique project and if you deliver you will be rewarded generously, To give you an idea of possible payout If goal of $5million is raised from online leads the team has generated , the team will share $200,000 split equally between each member. Like I said, So far avg investment has been $500k ea. So if you were to bring JUST ONE of these individuals to us and we get an investment the team will make $15,000 for that single person they brought to us. I'm only looking for the best who are worthy of this kind of challenge.
