Assistance with Small Claims Lawsuit, Miami Dade County Florida

I will need to file a small claims suit in Miami Dade County, Florida, against an individual who received an item from me, but is refusing to pay. Most of the paperwork needs to be filed at the courthouse in person. I am out of state, and can not get to the courthouse. This process must be completed in accordance with all laws. I can provide more details if needed, but please understand that I do not want to run afoul of the law in any way, and I do not want to put anyone in a legally questionable position. I would prefer someone who has experience filing documents with the courts, so this process is not undermined in any way. I'm flexible with the compensation.
