Legal : Review & Amend Services Contract for Business Partnership

I have a start up company entering into a services agreement with a technology provider.
I would like someone that can review an existing, proposed, services contract proposed from the vendor, and suggest revisions to ensure a mutually fair and equitable contract.
The contract needs to have provision for unforeseen circumstance such as a sale of the business or termination of contract such that we can ensure business continuity in those events.
It is not a long contract (3 PAGES), and I need someone that can quickly review and suggest straight forward improvements that should be mutually acceptable to both parties.
Please do not bid if you do not have the experience required. Expected budget $100 USD, which I expect to reflect about 4-5 hours work.
