Hey guys, we have new customer on the USA that wants to use our brand, logo, name, website and resell our products. As it is a customer, we think that is ok because we are selling products and generating revenue, but we would like to be protected in the future in case they want to use dour name and brand but with other products and other suppliers products, maybe even faking our products and selling other kind...
