Spanish Directory Submission

I am looking for someone who knows spanish language and can submit my website in spanish directories. It must be manual. No software submissions or automated submissions required. Bidders must fulfill this condition. If i get satisfied, then you can get a lot of work.

Also, apart from spanish, if someone can provide directory submissions for french language as well. Post your comments related to that also
