I need help with designing a simple remote help desk (network administration) business for my clients. What I'm after is a power point diagram with desktops, laptops, including android devices connected through to the web servers and a comprehensive design using popular apps in successfully running this business such as use of CRM's Accounting software's, chat messengers, VoIP system, etc.. Please note I'm not just interested in diagrams already available on the net but a complete write up for every category e.g. how this concept will help from a customer support perspective, volume of data that can be managed and stored on cloud server etc from a network perspective, and complete guide as to what software and hardware is relevant and necessary for those support staff in effectively doing their job as remote network administrators. More info which is relevant to this project will be discussed only with potential freelancers who qualify with the knowledge and understanding of this project.
