My name is Patrice Grüter, I am an executive with 17 years of experience leading the Customer Experience área in the banking and insurance industry. With expertise in designing customer service, call centers, customer management models and leading the implementation and development of the projects. I am a quality profesional with a recognized prestige in the companies in which I have worked.
I have just resigned and starting my own business, so I am in the process of building my Brand which is my name, “Patrice Grüter” , the legal name of the company is GrüterConsult SAC.
I need a very professional logo design to represent my brand, business card, stationary, executive template in power point for my presentations.
My target market are the middle and small companies on any industry. My service is to do a comprehensive review of processes related to customer experience, make change proposals and implement improvements in order to increase customer satisfaction, increase customer loyalty; in other hand, efficiency is gained in the other areas, this therefore each project add value to the business. Each company in the process of growth would be interested for my service.
I prefer the blue, light grey colors, but I am open to the new design trends.
