Magento 2 theme customization

Read it carefully before you bid: I have a Magento 2 website, and I am using supro theme on it ([login to view URL]). Cpanel access will not be given, only FTP access I can give you and magento account. To customize it, I am looking for a developer to do the below task, with a budget of 100$ maximum, so dont bid if you will ask for more money please: 1- Add new font to be used for all of the website pages 2- Change the pdfs design to be similar to the old (Magento 1.9) website design (i will give you access for the old website where i am using a free extension for these PDFs, and you can also install it on magento 2 to help you in this task) 3- To migrate part of the homepage design from magento 1.9 website to magento 2 (one section only). 4- Remove (a) zip code from everywhere in frontend including emails and pdfs, and fill it as 00000 in backend (b) billing address from everywhere in frontend including emails and pdfs, and fill it same as shipping in backend.(c) In checkout page, to keep the field "same as shipping" checked but hidden . (d) Hide shepping fees and shipping and tax estimation from cart page 5- Edit labels (sale, sold out, and new) style and apply it to appear on all pages 6- Design fine tuning for (checkout, product, my account, my orders) pages, total of 18 minor edits 7- Login using mobile number to be active also from side bar and every where login is available, and remember me check box to show every where below loin button 8- When i click on print order from front and backend, to download it as pdf 9- Numbers and dates to appear in english numbers everywhere, and date also to appear as DD/MM/YYYY 10- To restrict all input text boxes to only accept arabic text (except search box) 11- In all input text boxes, writing always to be from the center and to be centered, not aligned to right or left
