Variable Pitch Quadcopter Project

I currently need to have a quadricopter designed from scratch. This is a very tough project because everything must be done from non-copyrighted material and must meet some criteria. I need done a quadcopter that will work with fuel engines. It must be like 4 helicopters tails, with variable pitch instead regular electric engines. I will require full project details and materials to be used at three steps: 1 - Prototype 2 - Samples 3 - Mass Production. My specialization is managing, so any further detail required to work can be discussed. Please contact me if there's anything I've missed out or if you have any other questions.
Quadcopter frame must have enough space to receive electronics, batteries, nitro/gas engine, HS servos and so on. It will use DJI NASA multirotor autopilot.
We will request patent for the project. So you must give detailed technical documentation also. You CAN NOT announce this project or use it later, neither disclosure any detail.
