Organized & outgoing partnerships associate needed – facilities management - 11/10/2019 15:26 EDT

Looking for a market research partnerships associate to help both research and form partnerships with commercial real estate facilities services in Dublin. This candidate must be fluent in English.

Ideally candidates will be:

- Organized and process driven

- Enjoy speaking on the phone and developing relationships with new and interesting individuals

- Able to hit goals

- Excited to help grow a fast-growing technology and real estate startup in new international markets

- Bonus points for any commercial real estate or facilities management experience (definitely not required)

The project includes:

• Sourcing ~100 potential service partners, focused on facilities such as janitorial, HVAC services, painters, electricians, etc.

• Market research (via phone conversations) with existing users to determine rigth partnerships to target

• Get partners excited about working with Eden & signing official partnerships with 60+ local service providers

The project timeline is as follows:

• By October 20th & 21st: Train on the job process required

• By October 25: Conduct primary market research with existing users

• By January 15th: Sign 60+ official partnerships (sign minimum of 6+ partners per week)

Hours: Ideally 30-40 hrs/week

Project Length: 3-5 months
