Lead generator for small web design business needed (female oriented and strong brand) - commission only.

DESCRIPTION This is a strict commission only assignment. We are looking for a proactive, self-driven person to bring in leads for the business Gorgeous Geek Web Design & Online Business Consulting. The assignment is to be done remotely, with flexible working hours, and you will earn a 15% commission on every web design package confirmed by the leads you generate. The brand is strong, and specifically focused on serving women who sell, or want to sell, their services online. It’s a complete and personalized service that includes the following: ► Building the technical part of the website. ► Guidance on strategy for visitor engagement and how to use the website as a marketing tool. ► Personal guidance on how to prepare client attracting content (online course also available). ► Continuous personal support throughout the project through email support and Skype calls. ► When needed, help with set-up of social media accounts and email marketing services. ► Access to an interactive online community of female entrepreneurs, where members can get daily online business inspiration and free tech tips. ABOUT THE BUSINESS Gorgeous Geek Web Design & Online Business Consulting Website: [login to view URL] Gorgeous Geek was founded by Vibeke Foss in 2014, recognized for its strong personal branding and feminine approach to business. Vibeke has been featured in several articles, podcasts and radio shows, and runs two active online communities for female entrepreneurs and two local Meetups: Barcelona Freelancer Meetup (2800 members) and Female Entrepreneurs Barcelona (900 members). TASK DETAILS Proactively and independently generate quality leads who are ready to hire someone build their website, and who fits into the specified ideal client profile (see below). The candidate will have to be able to generate own ideas on how to best bring in the leads, and they need to be pre-approved by our team before put into action. Access to Instagram and Twitter account can be granted, if needed for lead generation. The leads are to be directed to a Book Your Website Strategy Session page where they are asked to answer a pre-call questionnaire (see below) to qualify for the call. Non-qualified leads (people who are just gathering information, or don’t have the budget) will not get a call, but given the option to request a quote before they are directed to the online scheduler where a booking can be requested. Important for her that the web designer is someone who listens and understands her, and can give guidance. Demographic profile: Gender: Female Business model: Selling services - online or locally Range of services: Life coaching, health/wellness coaching, business coaching, consulting services, therapies, writing, translating, yoga. Open to other service based industries. Size of business: Solopreneur or a team of up to max 20 people Age: 30 - 80 Location: Mostly Europe, US, but could be anywhere as long as they can communicate via Internet Language: Good level of English verbally and in written LEAD GENERATION COMPENSATION Commission based only. 15% of every confirmed website packages (not including additional services). The packages are generally sold in the range of 1000 - 1400 Euros.
