Create MS Access backend file on Cloud Service

Our client has a desktop MS Access Database (2010) that is split into frontend and backend files. The front end is used by up to 10 users and includes the forms, reports, modules and other interface objects. The backend stores the data in a local network server. This project aims to move the backend *.accdb file into any commercially available cloud service (preferably Azure) and allow any user with the front end file to link to Access tables to the backend in the cloud (using the Access Linked Table Manager!). The solution must be simple and must not require installation of any additional software.
If the freelancer completes this project successfully, subsequent related projects will be granted to her/him for continuous expansion of the solution. Because of the potential for additional work to be granted, ample knowledge of MS SQL Server, Azure, and Mobile Application development is highly desirable.
