I live in Vienna, have a car and can drive around the city. Night or day time is preferrable for you? There are 23 districts in Vienna, the 1. district is the very centre, the 1 to 9 plus 20 make the central part of the city. The rest are on the outskirts and rather far from each other. Please let me know which part do you need.
