Mobile app for Android and iPhone

I need an app with a backend to admin all my content, it could be WordPress or any MVC. I'll give you all the design and the freelance got to make the html and css for phonegap.
Full specifications will be provided upon approval but below is an overview:
- The mobile app will display some categories with there posts.
- A radio online section using shoutcast.
- A trivia game based on some questions that I add on the admin (multiple choise selection on questions, images or audios) important to save user scores to post them on the social network.
- It will allow users to sign up using Facebook Connect.
- It will support push notifications.
- It will support displaying custom ads within the app.
Please I prefered only people with experience developing mobile apps. If you can speak spanish its a bonus.
