I require a simple metronome app with the following specifications:

1) maintains a steady beat

2) uses 2 .ogg files for sounds (I will supply).

3) adjustable tempo

4) uses the AudioTrack class, not Soundpool or MediaPlayer.

Interface is not important. I will later integrate the functionality of this app into another app I am working on, so a reusable class would be ideal. Please reply with "metro01" in the first line. Perhaps someone out there has made a metronome app like this already?
