Mobile App for iOS

I intend to do a Mobile App where people can download. • Once the app opens there will be an option to either attach a photo via their camera roll or take a new photo. They will hold their camera up to their smile and take the photo. • Once the photo is taken it will show the photo next to a whitening chart so they can decide whether they need to get whitening. There will be a big banner at the bottom saying schedule your mobile teeth whitening appointment. • I want a pop up to come up every time they try to close the app asking if they would like to schedule a Mobile Teeth Whitening Appointment. • There will be 2 options Yes or Not right. If they select yes it will come up with a form so they choose their date, time, location pay and an area for coupon codes. I want this to be compatible with apple products.
