437165 Voip Mobile dialer like FRING

Description We are looking for company to develop for us Mobile SIP Client like FRING which will be locked down to our calling servers • This software will run on the phones having Symbian S60, iPhone/iPod touch, Android, Windows Mobile, Blackberry and other available OS and Phone models • This software should be connected to the server at all time via (3G/EDGE/WIFI/GPRS/WiMax) • Three way calling • Second incoming and outgoing calls • Recent calls (dialed call, received call, missed calls, at least 20 calls on each log and be able to make calls from the logs) • Phone book, calling from phone-book • Native Contact Phone-book • Dial, Hang up, Redial • Call Hold • Call Mute • Call Forwarding • Call Waiting • Speaker Phone • Keypad Display • Instant Messaging • DTMF: Inband / Outband / SIP INFO /RFC 2833 • Protocol: SIP v 2.0 (rfc 3261 compatible) • Account Setup • Brandable Client like themes, banner, etc... • Multi-tasking support (works in background!) • Audio codecs: g729 , ulaw , alwav , speex , gsm , g723 for sending audio stream • Video Codecs: h264, h263+, h263 • Must support voice and video calls, and send/receive SMS • Should be able to support STUN • Mobile Dialer can run behind NAT or on private IP with VPN Tunneling embedded • Language support - customizable • Able to use Mobile Dialer with any kind of Softswitch,Voip Billing Platform which support SIP • The dialer must be runing from the application layer Service provider need to provide detail features specification to bid the project and good communications to discuss to determine the direction of it. Experience in developed similar product with sample reference preferred. All source code must include.
