Android app publishing issue, due to new google privacy policy

We have app, that was build using cordova, and that was live.
When we try to update this time, our app rejected due to privacy policy. I want to some one can help and make our app live successfully without fail/rejection.
The main rejection point come when we selecting default SMS. default Phone etc checkbox selection.
