Automation For uber like apps

Hello, I am looking for mobile apps testing automation expert to help us to run automation for UBER like apps , where we have 4 apps for driver and passenger 2 for android and 2 apps for iPhone , need to test 1000 of calls same time , load testing , security testing , UI compatibility , calls in parallel like same time 11:30:25 to generate 100 of call for finding drivers , API load and looking for complete report ,

WE NEED TO SETUP ENVIROMENT IN HOUSE NOT LOOKING TO OUTSOURSE

Right now we are testing apps with appium , and single call is working , with these features like create new account for driver and passenger ,

Request initiate for finding driver

Driver accept call,

Trip start, etc.

Need someone who already have experience for automate testing of UBER like apps ,
