Build a mobile app for ios and android The app is to be used for two purposes, 1. manufacturing process check list and 2. Test Report Sheets The app would need to have a staff sign in ability so when staff leave they can be removed and no longer have access to the app. Manufacturing Process Check List This is a process we have set up to ensure staff are following the correct procedures. All content has been put together, it just requires a checklist setup so staff can not skip ahead of the process that is in place for them. There will be certain milestones which will require a photo and signature from the staff to keep track of where production is up to (form of QA) and also an automatic email function to the manager to indicate progress. At the completion of the check list there will need to be a function for the check list to be saved to a google drive folder. Test Report Sheet Is a generic sheet where results are put into a generic table (similar to excel) for test results of an electrical installation. It will essentially be adding the results under the tests conducted on site or in the workshop. Once the tests have been completed there will be need to be a function for photo to be taken and staff to sign off and save into a google drive folder. Future ability to add in the possibility for pre start meetings to be completed prior to starting work, simple notes section, staff sign off and having the ability to save to a google drive folder.
