I am a Canadian chiropractor with a specialization in chiropractic for animals, and am wanting an application to assist with my note taking. I am currently using paper files and would like to transition to electronic health records.
I would like the application to be able to provide electronic history forms, examination forms, and treatment forms for different types of animals. The application should be able to track all my patient records by type of visit (new visit versus subsequent/return visit), and separate each visit by the doctor who has seen the patient.
I have files for all the forms I would like included in the application.
I have a logo and a website already in place.
