Build and deploy an android application for water can delivery business

Need to build android application for water can delivery business. Customers register using mobile no., email id. submit their address using geo location map. Selects required brand of water cans and selects the quantity, delivery model ( quick ( 30 min, with additional delivery cost ) , normal ( 3hrs no additional delivery cost), scheduled ( preferred date and time slots, no delivery charges ). also user will select if they are returning the empty can, otherwise additional cost will be charged in order for water can advance. Submits the order. Application need to verify if the customer address is within serviceable area and proceed. If the customer not in serviceable area , it will not take the order and inform customer the same. Once the order is placed, from admin panel we need to see the order details and confirm the order and process. Customer address should be visible on geo map for speedy delivery.
