Create Sprite and Move at runtime Unity

Create Sprite and Move at runtime Unity also change mouse pointer in [login to view URL] there is Angels second button from top left coner When you press first Angels01 button it creates the picture inside the tamplate Need to drag this sprite with changing the pointer to "hand" in Resources image I need it unity [login to view URL] No other versions will be accepted!!!
