Need to develop a mobile app on android (phone and tablet both) , iOS (iphone & ipad) ,windows phone platform to access the data of ticketing application.
I have a helpdesk management system (ticket management application), need to develop a Mobile application to view the ticket details assigned to user and update the work progress on the ticket.
Details of the project is attached with this post.
One more additional requirement in the app. The moment ticket is assigned to user through helpdesk web application, app should notify the user and also app icon should show the number of notification messages. Very similar to whatsaap and any other app which shows the count of the messages on app icon. If any web api is required to check for new messages, I'll provide that api.
