Develope an Iphone App for use in International Flying

I looking for someone to create/develope an iPhone app for me, based on an idea I have, and then assist/consult with me in an attempt to get it onto the App Store. Since I am not a programmer, I will have to be walked thru the necessary steps of getting it published on the App Store. I have a great example of the app I want to created and can share than with you. I have made videos so I can share my idea. Please read this carefully before responding with your proposal! You’ll also need to sign a NDA. I am very detailed oriented, and I’m looking for someone who is the same. What your proposal contains will help me select the best person to award this too. The app deals with determining inflight pilot break schedule used in international flying. It is all centered around time. ( take off time, flight time, UTC (or Zulu time). and setting alarms associate with those times. It’s fairly straight forward. But I will have to explain to you how breaks are set up (based upon number of pilots) and different break schedules used. Again, I will give you access to videos to help explain. Requirements proposal must contain: Please take the time to read this throughly. There are specific items your proposal should contain, and if it doesn’t contain those items, I will overlook you. 1. Must understand English enough for us to communicate via Skype if necessary. Must have time to discuss project via Skype around my schedule until project complete. 2. In your proposal to me, please tell me the time difference between your local time and my time. I’m in the USA on mountain time. I’ll set milestones of: 20% initial payment upon being awarded work. 30% payment when app developed and delivered in working order. 40% payment after I have tested the app, edits and changes that need to be made accomplished and when app is FULLY developed to my SATISFACTION. 10% payment after consulting/advising and app sent to App Store for Apples approval. 3. Please tell me what apps if any, you currently have on the App Store. 4. I will need to test the app you develop for me until we have app developed to my satisfaction. Please tell me how you would go about doing this. Take you time and respond with a proposal that addresses what I am looking for. It’s not a race as to who responds first.
