Easy task for developer - Build a radio app for Android devices

This is an easy task for a developer, I need someone who can help me to create a radio app for android devices, some feature for the radio includes: user can reproduce the radio programming, the app must be connected to a SHOUTCast Server (I have this server), but also that the App should be the bridge between all the other digital platforms and the content of the radio programming.
Some sections for the radio:
- Radio player live
- A Section where the user can listen the New of the Week and / or the Verse of the day (this is a Christian Radio).
- Option to share the App.
- Then the should have 2 additional channels (we are open for suggestions where or how to put this options, could be channels or sections):
- CHANNEL 1 - HIGHLIGHTED PREDICATIONS OF THE WEEK
- CHANNEL 2 - PRAISES OF THE WEEK (OPTIONAL)
- And finally Options
