Fully Re-Design a Magento 2 Marketplace Mobile App

We have a fully working marketplace app (iOS and Android) at its last stage before going live, but we need to fully re-design the whole app with easy ux, and modern material ui with animations (could be recommended and purchased separately). Bidder must be an expert in UI/UX, with some experience at Magento 2 marketplaces. Design must be highly professional and working on different screen sizes.
