iPhone App - 360 Google Cardboard Video Player

I have the app developed for Android but now I need it for iPhone. I have all designs and aspects ready for development. This app will play 360 degree videos, it will be similar to Google Cardboard but it will only have our 360 videos on it in a library. It should be able to play the video and as you move the phone you can see all other angles. You can also click the Cardboard icon and have it play so that it can be used in a cardboard headset.
The videos contain training on them, I would like there to be the ability to start recording audio during a particular time in the video they are watching. This will allow the user to record their answers and play them back later.
