I need an Android app.

Hi, I need an app built. It would be compatible with kindle fire, and any other OS you want. You can sell the app and make mo ye off of it, i just want to be able to use it. I would only pay $10 or so because the app is insanely simple, and you would be making money off of it. The app is The like a smart alarm. When you first launch it, you set when you need to be woken up, what days, and when you need to be done showering, or shaving, or whatever. It then brings you to the main screen. In the top left it has a large panel with an animated weather forecast. Below that is the 5 day forecast. In a slim panel that extends all the way down on the right side is the top news stories. Below that is a button that allows you to control if the alarm is on or off. There is also a large rectangular digital clock in the bottom, with a smaller area that says how much time you have to do your next task. When you turn the alarm on, it opens your downloads and asks you to select a MP3 file to play as an alarm, or just select the default alarm sound. It also asks for the volume. When you wake up, the alarm keeps going until the camera detects motion, the alarm halves volume, but keeps going until you click the stop button that appears in the middle of the screen. If the camera detects motion, but then after a minute the stop button is not pressed, the alarm goes back to full volume. It then asks you if you would like to shower, if yes, it will ask you to finish all the other tasks you have to do. (Ex: brushing teeth, shaving, etc.) and will set an alarm to 5 minutes before the time they said they needed to be done with there other stuff. It also shows how long they have left in a small box in the bottom left side of the clock.
