Need a quick iPhone app with finger print ID

I need a simple iPhone/Ipad app that retrieves the user info using fingerprint ID. This should be able to retrieve more than 5000 users. The application essentially consists of two screens.
1. The Landing page that displays companies logo, time, date, and a small image to scan the finger.
2. Once the fingerprint is scanned the app should retrieve the username, Dept, group and ID from the DB and display it along with an auto-assigned queue number which can be refreshed every day.
