I believe my phone is being used as an access point to the network at my work. I have the Samsung Enterprise, Chrome Serviceworker, Firebase, Qualcomm MS8996 programs installed on my phone. I have never enrolled, consented to be enrolled nor do I want these programs on my phone. The office that I work at has no need for these programs, nor have we ever set them up. I have changed phone accounts, new number and a new phone but it stays on it. Samsung and US Cellular have both said there is nothing they can do. It's been going on, to my knowledge, since July 2017. I have a ton of screenshots from my phone, an external hard drive of my Google, Samsung, OneDrive accounts that keep showing up on the spare computer at my work even though I have deleted them many times and even deactivated the Google account. I also have an external hard drive of the server. The domain at our office transfers to the [login to view URL] openSSL domain at 6pm. The IT company that set up our server is also the one that is maintaining it and keeps saying there isn't anything wrong. I need someone that will be able to prove, without a doubt, that there is in fact "someone" using our network. I want to press charges and would be more than happy to give a percentage of the judgement amount if you are able to help. I cannot always get into my emails. I have a Google Voice number 5632652794 that you can message if I don't return your email.
