I have a great idea for a kitchen gadget I would use ALL of the time when cooking or grilling, especially with meats! I hate it when I am cooking a piece of chicken and use my regular, old probe thermometer to see the temperature. How do I have any clue that I am in the coolest part of the chicken? Did I go past the cool center or what? No clue, so let's just keep cooking it until I am POSITIVE I won't get sick. I'm sick of that so I am inventing a multi-sensor probe thermometer that is wireless, integrates with your mobile device, and shows you the temperature gradient (range) of the inside of the meat. How convenient! I have the concept down but that.... is roughly it right now. Looking for people who can help push this forward. The picture attached shows four sensors in their wooden case (wireless charging!) and then an iPhone next to them showing the very rudimentary app. A lot of potential here for kitchens and commercial science applications!
