Simple iPhone application for currency conversion

I want to create a simple iPhone application which converts currencies based on price labels.
- Uses a smartphone camera to detect numbers on price labels (for instance, the number on a price tag at a supermarket).
- Convert this number to another currency (of the user’s choosing) using the relevant interbank exchange rate.
- Use the country of that the person is in to determine the initial currency being converted.
