Small Utility to Download Conversations from Mobile App Samsung

We need a small utility that downloads all conversations from an app called Auto Call Recorder from Samsung SmartPhones. The app need to get the conversation, time info and identity of the other party. The call recording file needs to be copied into a folder and all the other info written to a specific table of an SQL Database accessible on the Lan/WIFI. The app may reside on the phone or on a pc, whatever is technically easier and achievable, but it should be able to repeat the task without duplicating records. The process ideally will be triggered automatically / periodically when service and access to server is available but this is not mandatory
